The much-anticipated C-drama “Snow Eagle Lord” has finally aired!
“Snow Eagle Lord” is based on a best-selling novel by Zhu Hong Zhi, also known as Wo Chi Xi Hong Shi or I Eat Tomatoes. The novelist is well-known for his fantasy novels such as “Swallowed Star,” and due to the popularity of the story, “Snow Eagle Lord” has already been adapted to comics, a web movie, and multiple seasons of an animation, making the drama highly anticipated among fans even before its premiere.
In “Snow Eagle Lord,” Dong Bo Xue Ying (Xu Kai) lives in the Snow Eagle Territory with his loving family during a period of peace. His peaceful world is shattered, however, when Dong Bo Xue Ying’s mother is kidnapped and demonic forces begin to gather in preparation for an assault on the Xia clan. Dong Bo Xue Ying decides to join forces with the formidable young warrior Yu Jing Qiu (Gülnezer Bextiyar), Chengfeng Knight Chi Quibai (Zheng Kai), and teleportation specialist Pu Yang Bo (Bai Shu), realizing that a hero must rise to defeat the demons. They combine their magical abilities, martial arts skills, and formidable wits.

Gülnezer Bextiyar from “Weaving a Tale of Love,” “Return to the World to You,” “The Dance of the Storm,” and “12 Legend” transforms into the stunning and talented Yu Jing Qiu.
Yu Jing Qiu makes a grand entrance in the first episode’s finale, taking down those associated with the demons and saving Dong Bo Xue Ying with impressive spiritual power and grace. Although her straightforward and logical nature makes her appear cold at first, it’s clear that she only means well and is actually very caring and thoughtful.
Do Bo Xue Ying is clearly impressed by her strength, and Yu Jing Qiu quickly reciprocates, curious as to how Do Bo Xue Ying has managed to improve his fighting skills despite his lack of battle energy. The soft smiles they exchange from the start build anticipation for their swoon-worthy on-screen chemistry.
