Lee Jun Young, IU, and Park Bo Gum will co-star in a new drama!

Lee Jun Young’s agency, Jflex, announced on March 15 that the actor has been confirmed to join the cast of “You Have Done Well” (literal title) and has recently participated in script readings.

The upcoming drama “You Have Done Well,” with a Korean title written in the Jeju dialect, will tell the adventurous life stories of Ae Soon and Gwan Shik, two Jeju Island children born in the 1950s. It was announced in January that IU will play the bold and rebellious Ae Soon, while Park Bo Gum will play Gwan Shik, a quiet but extremely reliable character.

“You Have Done Well” is written and directed by Kim Won Seok, who previously worked on “Misaeng (Incomplete Life),” “Signal,” and “My Mister.” It was written by Im Sang Choon, who previously worked on “Fight My Way” and “When the Camellia Blooms.”

Lee Jun Young has recently appeared in the dramas “D.P.,” “Let Me Be Your Knight,” and “May I Help You?”
