ITZY’s new album is off to a promising start!

ITZY made their highly anticipated return on July 31 at 6 p.m. KST with their new mini album “KILL MY DOUBT” and its catchy title track “CAKE.”

Only four hours later, “KILL MY DOUBT” had risen to the top of iTunes charts in multiple countries around the world. The mini album had reached No. 1 on iTunes Top Albums charts in at least 14 different countries, including Australia, Brazil, and Vietnam, by 10 p.m. KST that same evening, and that number has risen even higher since.

Meanwhile, Hanteo Chart reports that “KILL MY DOUBT” sold 318,352 copies on its first day of sales, breaking ITZY’s previous first-day sales record of 275,189 set by their previous mini album “CHESHIRE” last year.
