Additional teasers for tvN’s “Arthdal Chronicles 2” have been released, hinting at an epic story!

The epic fantasy drama “Arthdal Chronicles” is set in the mythical ancient land of Arth. Four years after the conclusion of the first season, the series will return in September for its second season, titled “Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramoon.”

“Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramoon” picks up about a decade after Season 1, with Lee Joon Gi and Shin Se Kyung appearing as older versions of the original leads. Lee Joon Gi will play the dual roles of twins Eun Seom and Sa Ya (originally played by Song Joong Ki in Season 1), while Shin Se Kyung will play Tan Ya (originally played by Kim Ji Won).

tvN released new character teasers ahead of the drama’s premiere on August 7. A fierce fight unfolds in Eun Seom’s teaser as he resolves to become the Aramoon Haesulla, saying, “For Tan Ya, and for my people.”

Tan Ya warns in her own teaser, “This war will not end until one side is completely annihilated.” I have a responsibility to put an end to the bloodshed.”

“In Arthdal, I am order and balance,” Ta Gon (Jang Dong Gun) says with a fierce smile. The time has come to bring Arthdal together.”

Tae Al Ha (Kim Ok Bin) remarks after a fierce display of her powers, “You cannot forget what you were trying to achieve no matter what.”

The premiere of “Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramoon” is set for September 9 at 9:20 p.m. KST.
