Crown Prince Go Won (Shin Seung Ho) has returned in “Alchemy of Souls Part 2,” having discovered the secret behind the Imperial Star!

“Alchemy of Souls,” written by the famous screenwriting duo known as the Hong Sisters, is a fantasy romance drama set in the fictional nation of Daeho, which does not exist in history or on maps. The drama tells the story of characters whose lives are turned upside down by a spell that swaps people’s souls. Following the success of Part 1 of the drama this summer, “Alchemy of Souls” is preparing to return next month with Part 2—which will take place three years after Part 1

As the Crown Prince of Daeho, Go Won exudes dignity and charisma in the stills. His gaze is razor-sharp, as if it will pierce Jang Wook (Lee Jae Wook) standing in front of him.

The next still shows Go Won in a perilous situation with a sharp sword aimed at his neck. Even in a life-threatening situation, Crown Prince Go Won confronts his cruel fate with his unwavering gaze, piqueing the public’s interest in why he is in danger.

“Please keep an eye on the exciting relationship between Crown Prince Go Won and Jang Wook,” the production team said. In Part 1, Crown Prince Go Won aspires to be a generous and benevolent monarch, but following an incident three years ago, he finds himself in an awkward relationship with Jang Wook. Because he can’t stay away from Jin Mu (Jo Jae Yoon), Go Won and Jang Wook will form a complicated and subtle relationship in which Go Won finds Jang Wook, who was born with the Imperial Star, irritating while also caring for him.”

The second installment of “Alchemy of Souls” will premiere on December 10 at 9:10 p.m. KST.
