Kim Myung Soo and Choi Jin Hyuk discussed their characters’ chemistry in the upcoming MBC drama “Numbers”!

“Numbers,” the first acting project for INFINITE’s Kim Myung Soo (L) since his military discharge, is a new drama set against the backdrop of a major accounting firm. The drama’s cast also includes Choi Jin Hyuk, Choi Min Soo, former MOMOLAND member Yeonwoo, and others.

Jang Ho Woo, a rookie accountant who is also the first accountant without a college degree to join the prestigious Taeil Accounting Firm, will be played by Kim Myung Soo. The drama will follow Jang Ho Woo’s fight for justice and vengeance as he faces various challenges at the elite firm.

Choi Jin Hyuk will play Han Seung Jo, a veteran accountant from a wealthy family with an exceptional educational background and a pleasant personality. Han Seung Jo is also the only son of Taeil Accounting Firm’s vice president.

Kim Myungsoo and Choi Jin Hyuk have hinted at an unexpected bromance chemistry between their characters, further stimulating viewers’ curiosity about how the relationship between Jang Ho Woo and Han Seung Jo will be portrayed in the drama, amidst the intriguing relationship of a rookie accountant and a veteran accountant who seem to have nothing else in common besides their jobs and their thrilling battle against the corruption of a large accounting firm.

“They both have a ‘tsundere’ kind of charm,” Choi Jin Hyuk added. The fact that they don’t express their feelings for each other directly will be a subtly entertaining aspect of the show for viewers.”

The two actors also discussed the upbeat and enthusiastic atmosphere on set. “I’m filming with a senior whom I have so much to learn from,” Kim Myung Soo revealed. The good chemistry between the actors on set made it a lot of fun.”

“I think this is the first time I’ve worked with younger friends, like Ho Woo and Yeon Ah (Yeonwoo),” Choi Jin Hyuk added. Everyone is so enthusiastic and hardworking that I am inspired to work even harder.”

“Numbers” will air on June 23 at 9:50 p.m. KST.
