Joo Ji Hoon may be making a comeback on the small screen!

On January 3, industry sources revealed that Joo Ji Hoon will star in the upcoming drama “Severe Trauma Center: Golden Hour” (literal title).

According to a source from Joo Ji Hoon’s agency H& Entertainment, “it is one of the projects for which he has received an offer, and he is reviewing the offer.”

“Severe Trauma Center: Golden Hour” is based on a web novel written by otolaryngologist and YouTuber Lee Nak Joon (Hansanleega). The drama follows Doctor Baek Kang Hyuk, the head of a university hospital’s severe trauma center and a newly appointed professor, as a severe trauma team forms around him at the center.If he accepts the role, Joo Ji Hoon will play the lead character, Baek Kang Hyuk, a brilliant doctor who is tall, handsome, and has unrivaled surgical skills.Joo Ji Hoon previously appeared in a medical drama called “Medical Top Team” in 2013. Joo Ji Hoon is currently filming for the upcoming sci-fi drama “Dominant Species” (literal title).
