“If You Wish Upon Me” is a play based on a real-life Dutch organization that grants the wishes of terminal cancer patients. Ji Chang Wook will play Yoon Gyeo Re, a man pushed to his limits by a difficult life full of challenges. However, when Yoon Gyeo Re is forced to volunteer at a hospice, he discovers that his life is changing in unexpected ways while helping to grant the patients’ wishes.

Previously, Yoon Gyeo Re began volunteering at a hospice hospital. Mr. Pyeon (Jun Moo Song), the sick patient, thanked him for his assistance, and his cold heart softened a little. Yoon Gyeo Re returned to the hospice at the end of the second episode to pack the rest of Mr. Pyeon’s belongings when he noticed a mysterious room with a lock on it.

The newly released stills depict his progress after discovering the room of secrets. Yoon Gyeo Re, holding his dog in his arms, leans in with bated breath. He becomes wary when Kang Tae Shik (Sung Dong Il) appears out of nowhere and warns him with a surprised and hardened expression on his face. Kang Tae Shik receives a message that causes him to become concerned. Viewers will learn more about what wish they will have to fulfill next and the secret connection between the two characters in the upcoming episode.
