A major turning point for Lee Da Hee’s character has been revealed in ENA’s upcoming drama “Love is for Suckers”!

“Love is for Suckers” is a romantic comedy starring Lee Da Hee and Super Junior’s Choi Siwon as long-distance best friends. They meet as the producing director (PD) and a cast member of a reality dating show, and they unexpectedly develop romantic feelings for each other.

Lee Da Hee will play Goo Yeo Reum, a variety show producer in her tenth year of work, in the drama. Despite her efforts, all of the programs she participates in are a failure. Meanwhile, Choi Siwon will play Park Jae Hoon, a plastic surgeon who lacks passion in both his work and his love life and ends up appearing as a contestant on Goo Yeo Reum’s new dating show “Kingdom of Love.”

Park Jae Hoon poses for a wedding photo shoot with fellow “Kingdom of Love” contestant Han Ji Yeon (Lee Joo Yeon), a university professor who is beautiful and perfect on paper but clumsy when it comes to dating, in newly released stills from the upcoming drama.

Goo Yeo Reum, on the other hand, finds herself experiencing strange and unfamiliar new feelings while watching Park Jae Hoon and Han Ji Yeon pose as a couple on the set of her own show. First, she is taken aback by how different her longtime friend appears after he has been cleaned up and dressed in a tuxedo—a far cry from how he usually dresses when he hangs out with her.

Then, as the shoot progresses, Goo Yeo Reum’s expression darkens as she struggles to conceal her inexplicable jealousy.

“From the very first episode, the romantic comedy ‘Love is for Suckers’ will showcase the sweet chemistry between a wide variety of couples, causing a rosy, romantic vibe to blossom,” the drama’s producers teased.

“We captured the entertaining moment that everyone has probably either imagined or experienced at least once: my close guy or female friend standing by the side of someone who isn’t me,” they continued. “Please keep an eye out for the first episode of ‘Love is for Suckers.'”
